Founded by singer/amateur wrestler RJ Dionne and his brother Eli in 2015, Always Grounded initially began as an acoustic project. Recognizing their potential, the duo expanded into a full band, recruiting guitarist Jude Alexander, bassist Ian de Chantal, and drummer Mason Cohen.
